May 2016 CCHA Residents Day 2016

During the day we gave out free gifts and gardening advice and also collected residents' feedback on our cleaning and gardening services.

January 2016

Happy New Year to all of our customers and clients. The weather has been unseasonably wet of late with some people experiencing flooding, our thoughts go out to those suffering. The residents that we provide a service to are fortunate to have supportive landlords who are there to help when the going gets tough. They provide so much more than just a home to live in with advice on employment, benefits, debt, community activities and training, all available as part of their service.  We are proud to be able to work with such caring organisations.

December 2015

WestKent Housing Association award us a contract to clean all of their housing schemes. To our new L&Q customers we would to say thank you for selecting us. As we settle in to the contract please let us know if you have any concerns, we want you to be happy with the service we are providing but there will be some tweaking to routes and visit dates. The specification of works under which we work has changed. Residents are slowly getting to know about the changes.

Also, previously area offices managed us directly, this function has now become centralised under the Estate Services Team in Cray House.

2014 London and Quadrant tender and award their GM and Cleaning to a reduced portfolio of contractors. We are very pleased to win the North and North East Hub contract for GM. Sadly we will be saying goodbye to our L&Q customers south of The River Thames due to the work being awarded to other contractors.
