Paul Simmons - Managing Director

Founded the business in 1987 within days of The Great Storm of that year. That once in a lifetime opportunity grew into a major provider of grounds maintenance and communal cleaning to Residential Social Landlords. The company has developed and grown to offer additional services:

Kevin Simmons - Managing Director

Kevin joined us in 2016. He brings a wealth of experience gained in the supply of services to social housing providers.

An operations man at heart, he is currently overseeing the upgrade of our works management and quality system.

This will see our reporting and data sharing with clients improve to a standard that many aspire to.

Mike Davis - Finance Manager

Mike joined Wealdens in 2000 after around 15 years in the financial service industry.

In addition to the usual responsibilities involved in managing the company's financial affairs and business planning.

Mike is Company Secretary.


 

Karen Froud - Contract Supervisor

Karen joined Wealdens in 2004 as one of our first cleaners. She soon made an impression with our customers with her diligence and attention to detail therefore it didn't take long before she accepted promotion to Supervisor.

With nearly ten years of service to the company her high standards are legendary.

Sadly Karen is retiring this year; we will miss her but wish her well.

 

Terry Richardson – GM CC Operational Manager

Terry Richardson

Terry has spent all of his working life in the service industry business with well-respected GM contractors.

Very experienced with managing contracts alongside clients

Terry knows just about all there is about providing GM and Communal Cleaning.
